The Experts You Can Trust
All of our work is undertaken in-house by our very own team of Gas Safe registered expert installers. Unlike our competitors, we don’t use subcontractors. We always take care to be tidy and efficient, as we know that your home is the most important thing. Our simple 5 step process ensures that everything is managed under one roof, to give you the peace of mind that you are dealing with a focused company where customer service, delivery and reliability is our goal. We are happy to sell our products as supply only, but we love to install what we sell.

Our Fire sales process explained in 5 simple steps
Visit our showroom
Choosing the right fire or fireplace is a daunting task. A visit to our showroom to start the process pays big dividends, because understanding your desires and the type of home you have can save a lot of time, by narrowing down the search. We can guide you towards suitable fires and fireplaces from the 100+ displays in our showroom. Seeing the fire in operation in our showroom further aids the decision process.
Once you are moving in the right direction and have narrowed down your choices we can then arrange a detailed site survey.
The Survey
This is the most important part of our process. This visit enables us to establish that your aspirations and budget, big or small, are possible within any restrictions of your home.
We test the existing flue system to make sure that it is safe and suitable or if a new flue is needed, what will be involved. We give advice from our extensive experience of what looks right and what doesn’t, in different environments. We make certain that your choice is a possibility, but if it’s not, we come up with the best alternatives on site that still match your requirements. In many cases, we will quote for multiple choices so that you have all of the necessary information at hand to make an educated selection.
If installation by Gas Appliance Superstore is not necessary, that’s fine. We will still help with the selection process on a supply only basis.
Our Quotation
We provide a detailed written quotation, either emailed or posted to you, usually within 48 hours of the survey. Every aspect from start to finish is explained so that you know exactly what to expect for the price. We offer a cost summary so that every part of your selection is given an individual cost. This will include optional accessories that you may or may not wish to select. All installation materials and labour are itemised. We make everything transparent.
Upon acceptance of our quotation, we require a 50% deposit and offer a provisional installation date, depending on the likely product availability. We promise we will keep you fully informed during the manufacturing period leading up to your installation date. The remainder of the payment is taken just before installation.
Installation Day
The exciting part!
Our installers carry laminated floor protection and sheeting to protect hard to move furnishings. However, we do need you to move your personal items such as photos and ornaments, before we arrive to install. We arrive in good time with an organised schedule of work being carried out. We carry the very best tools and equipment for the job, which ensures the work is completed to the highest standard possible.
Once installed, you will be given a handover, where you are shown how to use the new appliance. We tidy and leave your home as we found it.
Aftercare
We register your warranty for you, where appropriate, and we will be there to provide service support whenever needed. On rare occasions where the manufacturer’s warranty is required, we promise to return promptly and manage the problem on their behalf.
We can carry out the first annual service and be there for any future maintenance requirements that you may have, including spare parts supply.
We are a Company that you can continue to trust after installation.
