Supply Only
Products on 'Supply Only'
Obviously we would love to install your new gas fire for you, but appreciate sometimes you already have your own trusted gas engineer or are too far away from us to make that practical, therefore we are also happy to provide products on a 'supply only' basis.
Please note that it is important you clarify suitability of the product with your gas engineer BEFORE purchase, to ensure you are not left with a product which cannot be installed. If you are in any doubt, please consider instructing us to do the installation instead, as we will attend to carry out a full survey at your property before ordering anything. If any subsequent issues are experienced at the time of installation, we will then accept full responsibility for this and obviously accept the return of the product and provide you with an alternatively suitable product.
All our prices are based on collection from our showroom in Poole, Dorset. We will happily assist in loading into your vehicle for you or for larger items we do offer a local delivery option for a small charge.
Best Prices
Our prices are extremely competitive already, but if you have found the product cheaper elsewhere, please give us the opportunity to revisit our price. The main advantage of buying locally is that if you get any problems, you then have someone you can come and visit, face to face. We have been in business at the same premises for over 20 years now and we pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service, both before and AFTER the sale (which is more than can be said for some of our competition!).
It is also worth noting that many manufacturers will give you an extended guarantee if you buy from an approved showroom such as ourselves, whereas purchases made online will only come with the standard 1 year manufacturer guarantee.
